My name is Micah West, and when I began working in the fitness industry in Southwest Florida over 20 years ago, I became obsessed with finding the best strategies to keep my clients mentally sharp, physically fit and, as a result, more financially secure.

As you can see from the chart below, our daily habits and lifestyle choices beginning in early life greatly affect our functional capabilities (translates to quality of life) in our older years.
